• All GIT Bookings (8 rooms and above) must be confirmed 45 days in advance with the details of the Guest Name and Nationality.
• If the booking is made less than 45 days in advance, then the acceptance of the booking confirmation should be sent on the same day by fax or e-mail with an advance payment of 50% of the total amount.
• The above rates are on per room per day basis and are net and non-commissionable.
• For all foreign nationals, on arrival requested to provide the Xerox copy of their passport and VISA.
• All FIT / GIT Guest should present the voucher / exchange order at the time of check in.

• An advance payment should be made at the time of confirmation of the reservation for both FIT and GIT.
• Complete payment should be made at least 30 days before the day of the tour for the GIT bookings
• In case of a booking that occurs with less than 30 days remaining before the tour date, the payment would be immediate.
• Cancellation: If a cancellation is made between 15 days before arrival, 50% of the amount will be forfeited. If the cancellation is done less than 15 days before arrival, then the full amount will be forfeited

Any cancellation during the Peak period (from 23rd December to 3rd January) 30 days prior to arrival, 50% will be forfeited & less than 30 days prior to arrival, the entire amount will be forfeited.

Please be informed that we do not have liquor license in the resort, request you to kindly inform the same to the guest to avoid any kind of in convenience during the stay.

Carnoustie Ayurveda & Wellness Resort reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of non- payment of above mentioned advance / final payments as per schedule. All deposits / payments need to be made via cash or demand draft, along with the Permanent Account Number to any of our the below mentioned banks.
